This piece was inspired by the feelings I had during the arrival of Spring.

Rebirth
        Calmness
                Happiness
                        Blooming
                                Flowing
                                        Contemplation

I always questioned myself  why people were so enthusiastic about Spring and why there were so many songs, poems, paitings, etc. about it.

I come from a country where the seasons are not well defined and that the temperatures are usually medium to high, so going through a cold and long autumn/winter made me perceive things differently.

The water flow stands for the unconscious, emotional state and also as one of the resources for plants to sprout.

The spheres stand for the sense of unity, integrity and wholeness. The difference between glossiness represents the embrace on the process of clearing your mind through this rebirth period after hibernation. Also, they refer to the image processing from the apps I used.

The lichen-like objects represent the communion between living beings, the blooming flowers and sprouting leaves. Also, they refer to the computer interpretation of nature and to how things can get lost in translation, as it happens in the processes of memory and communication.

The camera movement is connected to the polinization process of insects and to the wandering thoughts and desire for movement.
